REPLET PLUS 75/75 MG is indicated for the prevention of blood clots in patients with cardiovascular diseases or those at risk of thrombotic events such as heart attacks or strokes.
Pharmacology:
This tablet combines Clopidogrel, an antiplatelet agent, and Aspirin, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with antiplatelet properties. Together, they inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent clot formation, reducing cardiovascular risks.
Dosage and Administration:

The recommended dosage is one tablet daily, taken orally with water.

It is best taken with or after food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

Interaction:

Increased risk of bleeding with anticoagulants like Warfarin or Heparin.

May interact with NSAIDs, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).
