VIFAS 120 MG TABLET is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal pruritus, and itchy, watery eyes. It is also used for chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Pharmacology:
Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively inhibits H1 receptors, blocking the action of histamine and reducing allergic symptoms without causing significant drowsiness.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults & Children (12 years and older): 120 mg once daily, with or without food.

Children under 12 years: Not recommended unless directed by a physician.
Interaction:

Avoid taking with fruit juices (e.g., orange, apple, grapefruit) as they may reduce absorption.

No significant interactions with other antihistamines or common medications.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Fexofenadine or any component of the tablet.

Common: Headache, dizziness, and mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
