Indications:

Major depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD (off-label), social anxiety
Pharmacology:
Escitalopram is an SSRI that increases serotonin levels by inhibiting reuptake. Half-life: ~27-32 hrs. Bioavailability: ~80%.
Dosage & Administration:
Start with 10 mg once daily, may increase to 20 mg. Take at the same time daily. Swallow whole.
Interaction:
Avoid MAOIs, tramadol, triptans. May interact with NSAIDs & anticoagulants. Avoid alcohol.
Contraindications:
Allergy to Escitalopram, MAOI use, QT prolongation
Side Effects:
Nausea, dry mouth, insomnia, dizziness, sexual dysfunction, rare: serotonin syndrome, suicidal thoughts
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use with caution. Monitor newborns. Passes into breast milk.
Precautions:
Gradually discontinue. Monitor mood changes. Avoid abrupt stop.
