Indications:
PULMOCARE Easycap is indicated for the prevention and relief of bronchospasm in patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other reversible obstructive airway diseases.
Pharmacology:
Salbutamol is a selective beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist. It acts on the airway smooth muscle to cause bronchodilation, reducing airway resistance and facilitating easier breathing.
Dosage:
Adults and children (as prescribed): 1 capsule (200 mcg) to be inhaled as needed, usually every 4–6 hours. Maximum: 4 times daily.
Administration:
This capsule is for inhalation only through a suitable device (e.g., Easyhaler, Rotahaler). Do not swallow the capsule. Insert in device, puncture, and inhale deeply.
Interaction:
May interact with beta-blockers (e.g., propranolol), diuretics, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Use caution with other sympathomimetics.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Salbutamol or formulation ingredients. Caution in patients with cardiovascular disease.
Side Effects:
Tremor, nervousness, headache, palpitations, muscle cramps, and throat irritation. Rarely, paradoxical bronchospasm.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Salbutamol may be excreted in breast milk; consult physician.
Precautions & Warnings:
Do not exceed prescribed dose. Monitor in patients with heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes.

Storage Conditions:
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Keep capsules in original packaging until use. Keep out of reach of children.
