VECTRA 8 MG TABLET is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss, and nausea associated with Meniere’s disease and vestibular disorders.
Pharmacology:
Betahistine is a histamine analog that enhances blood flow to the inner ear, alleviating pressure and restoring balance. It acts on histamine H1 and H3 receptors, helping to reduce vertigo symptoms effectively.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 8-16 mg, taken 2-3 times daily with meals to minimize gastric discomfort.
