Pharmacology:
AVANZA contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that improves erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It also relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder to alleviate BPH symptoms.
Dosage:

Recommended dose: 2 mg once daily or as prescribed by physician

Do not crush or open capsule
Interaction:

Avoid use with nitrates and certain alpha-blockers to prevent severe hypotension
