Pharmacology:
AVANZA contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that enhances erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It also relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder to alleviate symptoms of BPH.
Dosage:

Typical dose: 4 mg once daily or as prescribed by physician

Dosage may be adjusted depending on clinical response

Administration:

Oral use with or without food

Take at the same time daily for consistent effect

Do not break, crush, or open the capsule
Interaction:

Avoid concomitant use with nitrates and alpha-blockers due to risk of severe hypotension

Caution with antihypertensives and CYP3A4 inhibitors

Contraindications:
