Combiver MDI 20/100 Inhaler is indicated for the management of reversible bronchospasm associated with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It provides rapid relief from symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness.
Combiver MDI is a combination of two bronchodilators:
Ipratropium Bromide (20 mcg): An anticholinergic agent that relaxes airway muscles by blocking acetylcholine receptors.
Salbutamol (100 mcg): A beta-2 adrenergic agonist that stimulates airway smooth muscle relaxation, providing quick symptom relief.
Adult Dose: 1-2 puffs, 3-4 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
