Indications:
ROSELA 50ML Syrup is indicated for the symptomatic relief of fever and mild to moderate pain in children. Common conditions treated include viral fevers, post-vaccination fever, and mild toothache.
Pharmacology:
Paracetamol, the active ingredient in ROSELA 50ML Syrup, inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system and works peripherally to block pain impulse generation. It is antipyretic and analgesic.
Dosage and Administration:

Children 6-12 years: 5-10 mL every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.

Children below 6 years: Dosage should be adjusted by a physician based on body weight.

Can be taken with or without food.
Interaction:

May interact with other medications like anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) if used long-term.

Avoid simultaneous use with other drugs containing paracetamol to prevent overdose.
Contraindications:
