TOLFORT 200 MG TABLET is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain, including headaches, menstrual pain, muscle pain, and post-operative pain. It is also effective in managing inflammation and fever.
Pharmacology:
Tolfenamic Acid is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 200 mg once or twice daily, depending on the severity of symptoms.

Children: Not recommended for pediatric use without specific medical advice.

Take with food or after meals to reduce gastric irritation.
Interaction:

Concurrent use with other NSAIDs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
