Indications:

Pharmacology:
PROLIMUS 0.1% contains a potent corticosteroid that suppresses inflammatory mediators and immune response in the skin. It reduces swelling, redness, and itching by constricting blood vessels and inhibiting cytokine release.
Dosage & Administration:

Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1-2 times daily or as prescribed by a doctor

Avoid application on infected, broken, or ulcerated skin unless advised

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

Limit duration of use to minimize side effects
Interaction:

Use cautiously with other topical or systemic corticosteroids

Avoid concurrent use with other irritating topical agents

Occlusive dressings may increase absorption and risk of side effects; use only if prescribed
Contraindications:
