VIFAS 180 MG TABLET is indicated for the symptomatic relief of chronic idiopathic urticaria, including itching and hives, and for allergy-related symptoms such as itching, runny nose, and watery eyes.
Pharmacology:
Fexofenadine is a selective second-generation H1 receptor antagonist. It blocks histamine released during allergic reactions, reducing symptoms without causing sedation, making it suitable for daytime use.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults & Children (12 years and older): 180 mg once daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

Children under 12 years: Not recommended unless directed by a healthcare provider.
Interaction:

Avoid concurrent consumption with fruit juices (e.g., orange, grapefruit, apple) as these may reduce absorption.

Antacids containing aluminum or magnesium hydroxide should not be taken within 2 hours of Vifas.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Fexofenadine or any other ingredients in the formulation.
Side Effects:

Common: Headache, dizziness, fatigue, or nausea.
