Indications:
FOSFOGEN 3G Sachet is indicated for:

Treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs)

Effective against Escherichia coli and other susceptible bacteria
Pharmacology:
Fosfomycin is a broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis by blocking the enzyme enolpyruvyl transferase, essential for peptidoglycan formation. This action leads to bacterial cell death.
Dosage & Administration:

Usually, a single 3g sachet dissolved in water is taken orally as a one-time dose for uncomplicated UTI
