CO DISYS 160/5 Tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It helps to lower blood pressure, reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems.
Pharmacology
CO DISYS contains two active components:

Valsartan: An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, reducing blood pressure.

Amlodipine: A calcium channel blocker (CCB) that widens blood vessels and improves blood flow.
Dosage & Administration

Adult Dose: One tablet daily or as prescribed by the physician.

Administration: Can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Interaction

Drug Interactions: May interact with other antihypertensives, diuretics, NSAIDs, and lithium.

Food Interactions: Grapefruit juice may enhance the effect of Amlodipine. Avoid excessive consumption.
Contraindications
