Indications:
BIZORAN 10/40 MG Tablet is indicated for:

Effective management of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular events.

Treatment of hypertension with concurrent angina.
Pharmacology:

Bisoprolol (10 mg): A beta-1 selective blocker that lowers heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand by reducing sympathetic stimulation.

Amlodipine (40 mg): A dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that dilates peripheral arteries, improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure.
Dosage and Administration:

Adults: 1 tablet daily, taken with or without food, at a fixed time.

Dosage should be individualized based on patient response and medical advice.
Interaction:

Increased risk of bradycardia or hypotension when used with other antihypertensive agents.

Avoid combining with medications that can affect heart rate or interact with calcium channel blockers.
