Indications:
Numira 10mg Tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and angina pectoris (chest pain related to heart disease). It helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems by controlling blood pressure.
Pharmacology:
Contains Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, reducing the workload on the heart and improving blood flow.
Dosage:
Typically, one 10mg tablet once daily. Dosage may be adjusted based on clinical response and tolerance.
Administration:
Take orally with or without food at the same time each day. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew.
Interaction:
May interact with other blood pressure medications, grapefruit juice, and certain antibiotics. Inform your doctor about all medicines you take.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Amlodipine or severe hypotension.
Side Effects:
