Pharmacology
MELATO contains melatonin, a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. Supplementing melatonin helps normalize disrupted circadian rhythms and promotes sleep onset.
Dosage & Administration
Typical dose: 1-3 mg taken orally 30 minutes before bedtime
