Indications:
Helicobacter pylori eradication
Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with H. pylori
Peptic ulcer disease management
Gastritis related to H. pylori infection
Pharmacology:
Rabeprazole: Proton pump inhibitor reducing gastric acid secretion by blocking H+/K+ ATPase in stomach lining.
Amoxicillin: Broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.
Clarithromycin: Macrolide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis.
Dosage & Administration:
Typically, the kit is used as a 7 to 14-day course. Take Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily and Amoxicillin 1000 mg plus Clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily, or as prescribed by the physician.
Interaction:
May interact with other antibiotics, anticoagulants, and drugs metabolized by CYP enzymes.
Avoid simultaneous use with drugs that prolong QT interval (especially Clarithromycin).
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component (Rabeprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin)
History of cholestatic jaundice or hepatic dysfunction with Clarithromycin
Severe liver or kidney impairment (use with caution)

Rare but serious:
Allergic reactions
Liver enzyme elevation
QT prolongation (Clarithromycin)
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use only if clearly needed and prescribed. Consult physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Complete full course to avoid resistance
Monitor for allergic reactions
Use cautiously in patients with liver or kidney issues
Avoid alcohol during therapy for better efficacy and reduced side effects
