Indications:
EXOVATE Cream is indicated for the relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and lichen planus.
Pharmacology:
EXOVATE contains Clobetasol Propionate, a highly potent topical corticosteroid that inhibits the release of inflammatory cytokines and reduces edema, erythema, and pruritus. It acts by binding to glucocorticoid receptors, suppressing inflammation at the cellular level.
Dosage:
Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily. Do not exceed 50g per week.
Administration:
For external use only. Apply gently and avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Hands should be washed after application unless the treatment is for the hands.
Interaction:
May interact with other topical treatments. Using multiple corticosteroid products concurrently may increase systemic absorption.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to Clobetasol or other corticosteroids, and in viral, fungal, or tubercular skin infections.
Side Effects:
Possible side effects include skin thinning, stretch marks, burning sensation, itching, dryness, and rarely systemic absorption leading to adrenal suppression.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation. Prolonged use over large areas should be avoided due to potential systemic absorption.
Precautions & Warnings:
Avoid prolonged use, especially on the face, groin, and underarms. Do not use with occlusive dressings unless directed. Monitor for local side effects with long-term use.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.
