Indications:
FLUBEX DS Suspension is indicated for symptomatic relief of cough, common cold, nasal congestion, and associated flu symptoms in both children and adults.
Pharmacology:
The syrup contains antitussive and decongestant agents that suppress cough reflex, reduce nasal congestion, and soothe irritated respiratory mucosa.
Dosage:
For children: 2.5-5 ml two to three times daily; for adults: 5-10 ml two to three times daily or as directed by the physician.
Administration:
Oral use. Shake well before use.
Interaction:
Use cautiously with other CNS depressants or antihistamines.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any ingredients; avoid use in severe hypertension or cardiac diseases if it contains decongestants.
Side Effects:
May cause drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, or gastrointestinal discomfort in some cases.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Consult physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Precautions & Warnings:
Avoid alcohol during treatment. Use with caution in patients with respiratory diseases or hypertension.
