Indications:
BIZORAN 5/20 MG Tablet is indicated for:

Management of high blood pressure (hypertension).

Prevention of cardiovascular complications, such as heart attack or stroke.

Treatment of hypertension in patients with coexisting angina.
Pharmacology:
-
Bisoprolol (5 mg): A cardioselective beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand, lowering blood pressure.

Amlodipine (20 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure.
Dosage and Administration:

Adults: 1 tablet daily, preferably at the same time each day.

Can be taken with or without food.
Interaction:

May enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect when combined with other antihypertensive drugs.

Caution is required when co-administered with medications that affect cardiac conduction or rate.
Contraindications:

Severe bradycardia, second or third-degree heart block.

Hypotension or known hypersensitivity to Bisoprolol, Amlodipine, or any formulation components.
Side Effects:

Common: Fatigue, headache, dizziness, or mild swelling of extremities.

Rare: Severe hypotension, arrhythmias, or allergic reactions.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
