COSMOTRIN 10GM CREAM is indicated for:

Treatment of melasma (dark patches on the skin).

Reducing hyperpigmentation and dark spots.

Lightening skin tone and improving skin appearance.
Pharmacology
-
Hydroquinone: Inhibits melanin production, lightening skin tone and reducing pigmentation.

Tretinoin: Increases cell turnover, promoting the shedding of pigmented skin cells and improving texture.

Mometasone Furoate: A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and swelling associated with skin disorders.
Dosage and Administration

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily at bedtime.

Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin.

Use sunscreen during the day to prevent further pigmentation.
Interaction

Avoid using other topical medications on the same area without medical advice.

May interact with products containing alcohol, abrasive agents, or other skin irritants.
Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, Mometasone, or any ingredient of the cream.
