BUFLEX 750MG Tablet is indicated for:

Severe pain management in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Treatment of acute musculoskeletal disorders and postoperative pain.

Pharmacology
BUFLEX contains Ibuprofen, a potent NSAID that reduces the production of prostaglandins by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes. This action helps alleviate pain, reduce fever, and control inflammation.
Dosage and Administration

Adults and Children (12 years and above): 1 tablet 1-2 times daily as needed.

Should be taken after meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects.

Maximum daily dose: Do not exceed 1500 mg (2 tablets) in 24 hours.
Interaction

Increased bleeding risk when used with anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin).

Reduced efficacy of diuretics and antihypertensive drugs.

Enhanced gastrointestinal side effects with corticosteroids or alcohol.
