Indications
Used as a refill cartridge for IPRASOL inhaler device to treat bronchospasm caused by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Pharmacology
Contains Ipratropium bromide and Salbutamol sulfate, which work together to dilate airways by blocking muscarinic receptors and stimulating beta-2 adrenergic receptors, easing breathing.
Dosage & Administration
Refill cartridge is used only with IPRASOL inhaler device as per prescribed dosage. Follow instructions to attach and use.
Interaction
Avoid concurrent use with beta-blockers and inform doctor about all medicines being taken.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Ipratropium, Salbutamol, or propellants used in the refill.
Side Effects
May cause dry mouth, throat irritation, cough, headache, tremors, or palpitations.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Use only under medical supervision during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Precautions & Warnings
Not for acute asthma attacks. Use as directed by a healthcare professional. Monitor heart rate if cardiovascular disease is present.
