Pharmacology
NAPA One contains Paracetamol 1000 mg, a widely used analgesic and antipyretic. It works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, reducing pain, and lowering body temperature by acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center. Its high-dose formulation ensures effective control of stronger symptoms.
Dosage & Administration
Adults and adolescents (over 16 years): 1 tablet (1000 mg) every 6 to 8 hours as needed
Maximum: Do not exceed 4 grams (4 tablets) in 24 hours
Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew
Not suitable for children under 16 years of age
Interaction
Avoid with other paracetamol-containing products
Long-term use with warfarin may increase bleeding risk
Alcohol consumption increases risk of liver damage

Hypersensitivity to paracetamol
Severe liver disease
Chronic alcoholism
