Pharmacology:
Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels, improving blood flow to the penis and urinary tract to relieve symptoms.
Dosage & Administration:
Typically prescribed as 2 mg once daily or as directed by the physician. Taken orally, with or without food.
Interaction:
Avoid concurrent use with nitrates to prevent severe hypotension
Use caution with alpha-blockers and other antihypertensives
Possible interactions with antifungals, antibiotics, and HIV medications
