Indications:
UROFI 5 MG Capsule is indicated for the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and erectile dysfunction in men.
Pharmacology:

Finasteride: Inhibits the enzyme 5α-reductase type II, reducing the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), leading to a decrease in prostate size.

Tadalafil: Inhibits phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), leading to increased blood flow to the penis and improved erectile function.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults: One capsule orally once daily, preferably at the same time each day.

Administration: Take with or without food.

Duration: Recommended for up to 26 weeks; consult a healthcare provider for prolonged use.
Interaction:

Nitrates: Concomitant use with nitrates is contraindicated due to the risk of severe hypotension.

Alpha-blockers: Use with caution; monitor for hypotension.

Antihypertensives: May enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Finasteride, Tadalafil, or any component of the capsule.

Concomitant use with nitrates.

Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
Side Effects:

Finasteride: Decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, ejaculation disorders.

Tadalafil: Headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, flushing.
Pregnancy & Lactation:

Not indicated for use in women.

If a pregnant woman comes into contact with a crushed or broken capsule, wash the contact area immediately with soap and water.
Precautions & Warnings:

Cardiovascular: Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease.

Prolonged Erection: Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts more than 4 hours.

Liver & Kidney Impairment: Use with caution; dose adjustments may be necessary.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
