Indications:
Nervalin 25mg Capsule is indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, spinal cord injury, fibromyalgia, and generalized anxiety disorder.
Pharmacology:
Nervalin contains Pregabalin, which binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing neurotransmitter release and calming nerve activity. This action helps reduce pain and anxiety symptoms.
Dosage:
Adults: Start with 25mg once or twice daily depending on the condition. Dose may be adjusted by the physician based on therapeutic response.
Administration:
Take orally with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Follow the prescribed dosing schedule strictly.
Interaction:
Caution when used with CNS depressants (e.g., opioids, benzodiazepines), as it may increase sedation. Alcohol should be avoided.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or any of its components.
Side Effects:
Common side effects include dizziness, sleepiness, dry mouth, weight gain, blurred vision, and difficulty concentrating.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use during pregnancy only if clearly needed and prescribed by a physician. Pregabalin is excreted in breast milk; caution is advised during lactation.
Precautions & Warnings:
Patients should avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsiness occurs. Dose adjustment may be necessary in renal impairment.

Storage Conditions:
Store in a cool and dry place below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
