Indications
TRIBREZ HFA 200MD Inhaler is indicated for the maintenance treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults who require a combination therapy.
Pharmacology
This inhaler combines three active ingredients: a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA), and an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS). These work synergistically to relax airway muscles, reduce inflammation, and improve airflow.
Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose is typically 2 puffs twice daily, or as directed by a physician. The inhaler must be shaken well before use and used with proper technique.
Interaction
TRIBREZ HFA may interact with beta-blockers, other anticholinergics, and corticosteroids. Inform your doctor of all medications you are taking before starting.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components. Not recommended for use in acute asthma attacks or for children.
Side Effects
Common side effects include headache, dry mouth, throat irritation, cough, and hoarseness. Rarely, it may cause tremor or heart palpitations.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding should be based on a physician's judgment after assessing potential benefits and risks.
Precautions & Warnings
Regular monitoring is advised for patients with cardiovascular disorders, glaucoma, or diabetes. Avoid abrupt discontinuation without medical advice.
