HYPERSOL is indicated for the temporary relief of corneal edema (swelling of the cornea). It helps draw fluid out of the cornea, thereby reducing swelling and discomfort.
HYPERSOL contains hypertonic sodium chloride solution (usually 5%), which creates an osmotic gradient that draws excess fluid out of the cornea into the tear film, thus reducing corneal thickness and associated symptoms.
